SHINYEI-OYO provides liquefaction test and propose improvement plans.
We developed a new patented technology for soil liquefaction test named Piezo Drive Cone (PDC). NETIS Registration No.: TH – 100032 – A
Liquefaction test with PDC does not require boring and laboratory tests, so you can conduct the test with real-time results in higher resolution. Another advantage of PDC is its smaller size of equipment compared with traditional boring machines, which enables investigations in narrower spaces. You can save up to 86% of cost and 80% of work period if you use PDC instead of traditional method. You can use PDC for ordinary geological surveys too.
PDC is being widely used for liquefaction tests for housing foundations in Kanto region since 3.11 disasters. The technology
was commended by MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan) as “Real-time Testing System for Soil Liquefaction”.
