It is necessary for disaster mitigation to observe seismic motion precisely. SHINYEI-OYO provides overall services on seimic observation such as selecting appropriate sites, or installing seismometers.
Our seismometers are installed for earthquake safety at Statue of Liberty in New York, Sphinx in Egypt, Parthenon in Athens, Taji Mahal in India, and other famous remains.

In Japan, there are 850 seismic observation sites that Japan Meteorological Agency is in charge, 2000 sites that NIED (National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Prevention) is in charge, and 2900 sites that other local government is in charge. Out of them, seismometers that OYO installed are working at 1800 sites, mainly in seismic observation network of NIED. The data provided from these network are utilized for the Earthquake Early Warning System.
Recently, We helped installing systems to stop manufacturing lines once detecting seismic motion to excess a certain threshold.
